What the service is

Klago is a tool that can help you structure your complaint based on the information you give. We are not lawyers, and the content it generates is not legal advice. We don't guarantee any particular outcome of the complaint. You are responsible for checking that the facts are correct before you send the letter.

Your responsibility

  • The information you give must be correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are responsible for reading through and approving the content of the complaint letter before you send it to the other party.
  • Klago doesn't guarantee any particular outcome of your complaint, and isn't responsible for the other party's response or lack of response.

Payment

Individual cases are unlocked with a one-off payment through Stripe. The payment gives access to the full complaint letter and PDF export for that case. Contact us for a refund if the service didn't work as described.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the service, including losses related to the outcome of a complaint.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date they are published.

Governing law

Norwegian law applies to these terms.
